A Taste of Mindfulness...for Teens!

Free Class offered Mon. Sept. 27, 7:30 pm.
If you are planning to take the course, it is strongly recommended that you attend the free session, (I would like to say required!!) so that you can meet the teacher and learn about the program in detail!!
New series starts Monday, Oct. 4, through Nov. 28,9, 7:30 pm.
8 weeks, skip Oct. 25
$90 tuition includes all materials.

Discover how simple, mindfulness based stress reduction practices can be integrated into daily life. Experience a variety of mindful awareness practices, including several types of meditation. There are a number of good studies that demonstrate improved academic performance with mindfulness training and consistant daily practice!

Come to find out what mindfulness is and what it isn't! This is a program for everyone, but especially for teens...
Who might feel like life is a little out of control!
Might feel tired of being asked,'what are you doing next year'?
Might feel that the pressure of measuring up gets to them?
Might feel as though sometimes life feels like just another test!


MIndful Awareness practices can help you to discover
effective ways to deal - through meditation and basic yoga. Experience:
