Workshops/Special EventsHeartsong Yoga regularly offers specialty classes, meditation, experiential learning workshops, and professional trainings along with its core yoga class schedule.
Specialty Classes are on the calendar on a regular, or seasonal basis. Many are held once a month, and they are taught by the talented teachers from Heartsong Yoga. These classes can be taken over and over again for radiant health and wellbeing.
Weekend Workshops with Guest Presentors are offered regularly, look for one very special event each month. These guest teachers are nationally known presentors, and often come from the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox MA. These workshops give you the opportunity to deepen your practice and to enjoy an affordable retreat day, close to home and with your familiar yoga buddies from Heartsong. Look for group discounts to visit the Kripalu Center several times a year.
Free Classes are held seasonally to introduce the community to the offerings at Heartsong Yoga, or to give our students the chance to try out a new practice.
Courses form seasonally for special populations such as YogaKids, PreNatal Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation and Ashtanga/Power Yoga.
