Joyful Music Improvisation for Adults with Andrew Oxman A workshop dedicated to each participant's natural musical self-expression.
No prior musical experience is necessary. All levels of musical experience are welcome. Bring any instruments you enjoy playing. (but playing an instrument is not required either!)
New dates TBA. $15.00 (Pre registration is very helpful to us, to plan for the event, and prepare for the workhop, as well as to keep these workshops running each month!)
Drawing from the boundless well of musical possibility, participants will be led through music activities and techniques that enable them to discover and release their life-given improvised musical expression. This workshop will bring joy, lightness, and positive connection with others.

Meditation with Dean Hudson
| | | a Meditation Workshop
Next event TBA
We welcome Dean Hudson, L.I.C.S.W., a professional-level Kripalu Yoga teacher and mentor on the 500-hour yoga teacher training staff of Kripalu Center in Lenox, MA and Pranakriya Yoga in North Augusta, SC, DansKinetics Instructor, and leader of the Dances of Universal Peace.
Meditation has been practiced for thousands of years, across cultures, traditions, and continents. While the techniques used are myriad, the goals remain the same: to touch something larger and deeper within, to transcend the ordinary sense of self, to see through our distortions and confusion, leading us to greater wisdom and freedom. This workshop will provide a sampling of various approaches to meditation, providing an opportunity to experientially explore which techniques are best suited for one's own temperament and aspirations. Open to all practitioners, experienced and brand new.
