Who should attend?
No matter where we are on the path of yoga, we are all lifetime students when it comes to the study and practice of this ancient tradition. In this training we welcome all dedicated yoga students who want to explore not only the physical practice of yoga but the "deeper practices" and underlying philosophies as well. This is an amazing opportunity for anyone who is considering teaching yoga in the future. Students who simply love yoga should come! Teachers who are currently in training and teachers who want to continue their education will benefit from immersing themselves in this community of passionate practitioners with the guidance and inspiration of Beryl's down to earth teaching style.
You will earn 25 contact teacher training hours that may be put towards your continuing yoga education credits, to deepening your personal yoga practice, or added to other teacher training hours taken with Beryl Bender Birch.
Heartsong Yoga is located in "Western Mass" just south of Springfield, MA, only 2 hours west of Boston, MA, 1.25 hours south of Lenox, MA, and only 45 minutes from Hartford, CT. Local housing, (only a few beds left for free local housing) B&B's and affordable hotels are all available and we can help you with all the details of your travels and accommodations for this training.
