Ashtanga Yoga Second Series Exploration

This specialty class has been developed by Michelle Ryan, who will be coming out to Heartsong once a month to offer this class. It is targeted specifically for students who practice the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga already and would like to learn the second series postures in a workshop style. She will lead the students in learning how to develop each posture as well as the modifications for individuals. The group will cover as many postures as there is time for!
If you have been curious about Ashtanga (sometimes called Power) Yoga, and are ready to try out this more vigorous style of yoga, drop in to any of our Level One Ashtanga classes on the core class schedule, and we will lead and guide you every step of the way! Monday nights at 6, Wednesday mornings at 9:15 and Sunday mornings at 9:00!

Thursdays, beginning February 26, ages and times below. 2/26 thru 4/16 (8 week session) $100.00
Heartsong Yoga welcomes Garden of Om's Laura Mushenko who will teach YogaKids, an education based yoga program specifically designed for children. The classes are active, imaginative and inspiring, and include storytelling, music and creative arts. YogaKids is the ultimate learning adventure, offering traditional yoga poses in an age appropriate environment.
YogaKids for 11 - 15 year olds.
3:30 to 4:30 PM,please pre register.
YogaKids for 6 - 10 year olds.
4:45 to 5:30 PM. please pre register.
