Ashtanga and Power Flow
At Heartsong we have more choices than ever for our students to try out a more vigorous practice. Ashtanga Yoga offers a challenging and graceful flow of yoga postures designed to bring the body, mind and spirit into perfect alignment and function. It is a more physical yoga style, and more challenging for some.
Level One Ashtanga Yoga drop in classes Monday at 6 pm. Wednesdays at 9:15 am. Sundays at 9 am. Perfect for beginners and those wanting to refine their practice.
Level One/Two Ashtanga drop in classes Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:15 am and 7:30 pm. Saturdays at 7 am. New students who feel fit and healthy are always welcome to these mixed levels classes. While not an "advanced" practice, it is a strong practice and generates a lot of sweat!
New Power Flow Yoga drop in class Wednesdays at 5:45 pm. This class is an eclectic blend of vinyasa, or flow yoga. Hot, physical and fun, all levels are welcome, but be prepared to feel the strength and the heat of the flow!
