Summer Schedule

Look for these changes for the summer schedule:
The last Wednesday afternoon 3:30 class is June 18, this class will resume in the fall.
Tuesday night's 6 pm class will be taught by Claire Werbicki, as a Moderate Yoga class in the Kripalu tradition, influenced by her practice and passion for many styles of yoga.
Wednesday night's 5:45 class will be taught by Sheila Magalhaes, and instead of Moderate Yoga, it will be an All Levels Power Flow class. (Not Astanga Yoga, but based on sun salutations and flowing interconnected postures, playful, hot, strong and fun!)
Lisa Bullen will be teaching the Tuesday night Astanga 1/11 class, starting in July.
Pre Natal Yoga will resume in the fall.
We will be saying goodbye to Jim Kirchhoffer as his time has been taken up by his "real job" as a cardiologist in Northampton, and to Michelle Ryan as she moves with her family to her beautiful new log cabin in the country...too far away to commute to Heartsong! Send them love and light as they transition into their new routines and lives. They will be missed by all!
Everything else remains the same! (Well, does anything every really remain the same???) Remember you can drop into Tuesday night Meditation and Mindful Movement Classes at 7:30 pm, and on Wednesday nights, enjoy a drop in Nia/Dance and Movement class, your first class is always free!
