Yoga for Every Body!
Greetings to all and Happy Sunny Springtime! Once again it is time to open the studio for some free introductory classes, designed to give new students the chance to sample our offerings, or for you to try out another style of yoga or a new practice.
We have been having so much fun this year with our vibrant and happy classes! This lovely yoga community is so strong and joyful, and we are delighted that you have been able to enjoy our classes and fill the studio with your love and light!

Free Introductory Classes

Want peaceful, happier family members or co workers? Send them to the Free Intro to Kripalu Yoga for Every-Body, on Tuesday, May 13, at 6 pm. Or bring your loved ones to our Sunday morning Family Yoga Class on Mother's Day, specially priced at only $5.00 per person.
Thinking of trying out an invigorating yoga practice? Try a Free Intro to Astanga/Power Yoga on Wednesday, May 14, at 7:30 pm. Or drop in to one of our Level one Astanga Yoga classes, on going on Monday nights at 6 pm, Wednesday mornings at 9:15 am, and Sunday mornings at 9 am, $14.00 or class card/members welcome.
Looking for some alternative movement practices? Visit Robert Rivest on Tuesday nights for his Meditation and Mindful Movement Classes. His class is free for everyone on Tuesday, May 13 at 7:30 pm, and is always open for drop ins, class card holders and monthly members.
Or check out Nia, our newest offering on the schedule, "a body/mind/spirit fitness and lifestyle practice" that is a dynamic dance style movement class with Amy Greenbaum. Your first class is always free for Nia.

Family Yoga Class Family Yoga is like a fun Yoga Party, because anyone of any age may decide to drop in to this special class. We encourage all ages to attend, but remember, this is a class specifially designed for kids! We have had moms and babies, toddlers, pre school through teenagers, husbands and wives, and families with all generations attending, grandmoms, moms and babes.
Mother's Day, this Sunday May 11, 11:00 to 11:45 $5.00 per person, all ages, walk ins welcome!
Join director Sheila Magalhaes for this playful exploration of the practice of yoga, appropriate for all ages, especially those who just want to have some fun and enjoy a light hearted approach to practicing as a family and a community. Expect to make some noise, to celebrate animals and nature, and to enjoy some partner yoga. Find the yoga kid inside yourself!
