Astanga (Power) Yoga 6 week course

6 week course begins Wed. May 21, 7:30 pm
This progressive series of classes teaches the fundamentals of Astanga Yoga's Primary Series, providing personalized attention for the beginner. While not a pre requisite for our Astanga drop in classes, the course is a great way to learn the series so that you can be comfortable to jump into any Astanga Yoga class on our schedule.
Pre register & Pre pay, $80.00. No drop ins for this course. One make up may be taken in our drop in corse classes during the 6 week series only. Call for more information: sheila@heartsongyoga.com .
If you are interested in Astanga Yoga but can not join this course the best drop in classes to attend are on: Monday nights at 6 pm, Wednesday mornings at 9:15 am, or Sunday morning at 9 am. New students are always warmly welcomed in these drop in classes.
Second Series Astanga Yoga Workshop For students already practicing Astanga and who are looking for an in depth exploration of the "Second Series" Saturday, May 31, 11am to 1 pm With Maureen Dhamodharan $25. pre registered and pre paid. $30. at the door, this class is definately running, so drop ins are welcome.
