How to Spend a Rainy Weekend

At Heartsong Yoga!

Saturday morning
Our Astanga Yoga class level I/II with Maureen goes back to the 7 am start time, beginning this weekend. Her class welcomes all practitioners who are interested in a more dynamic yoga experience. Sometimes called Power Yoga, Astanga Yoga is hot and flowing, and the breath is synchronized with a progressive series of postures with the result of the practice being improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm and steady mind.
Also on Saturday
9 am, Moderate Yoga with Jane.
9:15, Gentle Yoga, Beth subs Ann Marie this weekend.
11:30, Pre Natal Yoga with Jane.

Joyful Music Improv this Saturday from 1 to 3 pm.
Join Andrew Oxman and Heartsong Yogis and friends for an afternoon of
fun, playful, musical improv where you can explore your creativity and discover some musical ability through exercises, practice, discussion and support. No experience needed! If you do play an instrument, bring it along. (We also have some to share!) $15.00, and drop ins are welcome.

Sunday Morning
Remember to set your clocks an hour ahead Saturday night
so that you will not miss your Sunday am All Levels class with Beth, or Lisa's Astanga (Power) Yoga Level I class, both start at 9 am.

6 pm is an All Levels Yoga class with Beth as well!

A change in our schedule
We will not be offering the Wednesday morning 9 am All Levels class.
All other weekday morning classes are the same.
