New Classes on the Calendar for Kids and Families! |  | | Wednesday Morning "Mom and Kids" Class Brand new to the schedule, a chance for Moms with younger children who want to do yoga and bring along their kids! Experience yoga in a playful, informal, loving class format, where your children might join in, or they might end up cruising around the room! No expectations, just for fun! (Practicing patience and compassion!) (Dads, Grams, all loving caregivers welcome!!!)
5 week sessions, Wed. am 11:00 to 11:45: October 7, 14, 21,28, Nov. 4. November 11, 18, (no 25) Dec. 2, 9, 16. Pre pay: $50.00 includes on child. Add $5.00 per sibling. Walk in, $15.00 per class one mom/child, add $5.00 per child (family member)

Join Lisa Bullen for this playful exploration of the practice of yoga, appropriate for all ages, especially those who just want to have some fun and enjoy a light hearted approach to practicing as a family and a community. Expect to make some noise, to celebrate animals and nature, and to enjoy some partner yoga. All are welcome, families, friends, and all yoga buddies of all ages. Find the yoga kid inside yourself!

Discover how simple mindfulness based stress reduction practices can be integrated into daily life. Experience a variety of mindful awareness practices, including several types of meditation.
New! Tai-Chi-Gong, with Robert Rivest Sunday Evenings, 6 to 7 pm by donation only! (suggested donation: $5.00)
This practice is a great way to release tension, increase energy and calm the mind. In the class, Robert Rivest will share his practice of Chi-Gong, Tai-Chi and Moving Meditation. You will be lead through some standing Chi-Gong postures, basic Tai-Chi patterns and a creative series of slow, flowing movement forms with the poetic imagery of nature. Each exercise is easy to learn and fun to practice. You will feel more energized, yet calm and peaceful. A great way to start the week!

Back Care Basics In the Svaroopa Yoga Style Brand New Series, with Maureen Dhamodharan Starts October 9. Oct. 9,16,23,30, Nov.13, 20 (skip Nov. 6).
Friday mornings, 10:30 to 11:45 6 weeks, $80.00. These classes have been specifically designed to help release tension in the deepest layers of the body, especially in the back and neck, as well as to calm the mind and improve concentration. (Drop ins will be welcome, $15.00.)
Pre Natal Yoga with Jane Anable have begun. Every Saturday morning, 11 to 12:15 am, 6 week course, pro rate this course, or drop ins welcome with permission from the intstructor.
