The 108 Sun Salutations This Thursday, June 21, 7:30 PM, (no regular astanga class that night)
Join Sheila and the Heartsong yogis on the night of the Summer Solstice and celebrate the longest day of light of the year. We will gather and take turns counting up to 108 sun salutations together. You can put it any other poses that you would like, from sun salute variations, triangles, child poses, or anything you would choose to do, rest anytime! (Priced as a regular class, but we will be donating the proceeds to the Siddhartha School in India, to support a student there.)
Restorative Yoga Class Monday, June 25, 7, 7:30 to 9:00 PM, look for these Restorative classes monthly.
A Restorative Yoga class is the chance to practice yoga with the support of blankets, cushions, straps, and bolsters, so that you can relax more deeply into the experience of blissful rest and deeper peace. Led by Lauri Deary, her guided imagery and her gentle assists will help open your heart and melt your body. (Best to pre register.) $18.00 pre register, $20.00 at the door. Dr. Steve Sobel's tremendous presentation will leave you with a wonderfully "healthy" perspective about your life. Keeping the Drive Alive! Keys to Motivation and Success: Wednesday, August 1, 7:30 to 9 PM

Family Yoga Class Sunday, July 15, 11 am to 12 pm $5.00 per person, all ages, walk ins, welcome!
Join Sheila Magalhaes for this playful exploration of the practice of yoga, appropriate for all ages, especially those who just want to have some fun and enjoy a light hearted approach to practicing as a family and a community, all are welcome, families, friends and all yoga buddies.
July 4th Holiday There will be no yoga classes held on Tuesday night, July 3, or all day July 4
Summer Schedule Change All former Morning Monday through Friday classes will return to the 9:00 start time, except for the Astanga Classes, which will remain at 9:15.
The Wednesday 3:30 All Levels class will resume in the fall, and follows the school schedule.
New on the Schedule: Hot & Vigorous Vinyasa Flow Yoga, with Nora Starting on July 11, Wednesday Nights, 6:00 pm This is a class added to the drop in schedule, and is an all levels class, for those who love a strong practice and are prepared to sweat, and to have a lot of fun!
