Meditation and Mindful Movement with Robert Rivest every Tuesday night at 7:30 pm. For those wanting to explore more meditation, and also for gentle movement with roots to tai chi and very gentle yoga stretching. Drop ins welcome, $14.00 or members and Heartsong class cards can join in too.

Nia on Wednesday nights at 7:30 pm, with Amy Greenbaum, dance, move and groove to great tunes...men women and teens of all ages welcome! Drop ins welcome, $14.00.

Joyful Music Improv with Andrew Oxman once a month, join us Saturday, March 8, 1 - 3 pm, no musical experience needed, but if you do play an instrument, bring it along and you will be amazed at the music we will make together. $15.00.

Yoga Nidra Or Yogic Sleep...deep relaxation and guided visualization, Thurs. Mar. 6, 7:30 pm. (And always the first Thursday of each month.)

Restorative Yoga Gentle yoga propped on cushions and pillows and blankets...deep peace...Mon. Mar. 10, 7:30 pm. (And always offered once a month.)
