The challenging and graceful flow combines breath and movement into a meditation in motion. This is your chance to check out a class and see if it is a style that you'd like to explore. This course introduces one of our newest (although very experienced) qualified and certified teachers, Patty Zubini Weiss. Drop ins welcome.

The Yoga Mala was a Huge Success!Heartsong Yoga, Kali Yoga, and Kate Forest Yoga would like to thank everyone who participated in getting our very first Global Yoga Mala Event off to such a great start this past Sunday morning.
We had over 50 participants at the Wilbraham YMCA, whose gymnasium we magically transformed into a sacred yoga practice space...and from 9 to noon there was some very serious yoga happening as everyone moved though their own personal versions of 108 Sun Salutations.
Nearly $1,000 was collected in generous donations for our favorite organizations, as well as a whole truck load of food for the Open Pantry.
Special thanks goes out to the students and teachers of Heartsong Yoga who volunteered their time to help make this such a wonderful occasion. Namaste to you all.
Save the dates for next year!
