Enjoy her light-hearted and fun style with plenty of adjustments and modifications.
After a short break, (bring water and snacks) the second half of the day will begin with time for Q&A on the practices, the philosophy, and the importance of developing and maintaining a personal practice, and then Christine will focus on basic principles of Ayurveda, the ancient science of self-healing, and how they can support your health and well-being.
Sunday's class will be a "full on" second series class, focusing on the back bending and deeper twists of "nadi shodhana" or the "nerve cleansing practice."
