Wednesday night, November 7, at 7:30 (*With your generous boxed or canned food donation to the Open Pantry) Sometimes called Power Yoga, Astanga Yoga is a fun, hot, vigorous series of postures practiced in a heated room. The challenging and graceful flow combines breath and movement into a meditation in motion. This is your chance to check out a class and see if it is a style that you'd like to explore. A five week course will begin November 14. (No class the Wed. before Thanksgiving)
