Heartsong Yoga is once again offering its 40-day program based on Baron Baptiste's book 40 Days To Personal Revolution. The program is modified to be accessible to anybody at any stage of their yoga practice from very beginners to the very advanced.
The program asks you to commit to 40 consecutive days of yoga classes, any Heartsong class or level that works for you and your schedule, or from your Life Makeover DVD! You will also be incorporating guided daily meditation and self-discovery excavation exercises into your life. Each week we will meet to share our personal experiences (we will be journaling our experiences every day) and discuss which issues we will be "bringing into awareness" during the coming week. The program is structured so that it is very personalized but extremely private. You only share what helps you to share. Each week will include nutritional consultation and recipes for incorporating healthy eating into your every day life.
$350. Includes unlimited access to yoga classes at Heartsong, Baron Baptist's book, a home practice DVD based on Beryl Bender Birch's Boomer Yoga sequence, meditation instruction and practice, nutritional consultations and support, an optional 3 day "cleanse" and seven 6 pm Tuesday night meetings for support and inspiration.
