natural musical self-expression.
No prior musical experience is necessary.
All levels of musical experience are welcome.
Bring any instruments you enjoy playing.
Drawing from the boundless well of musical possibility, participants will be led through music activities and techniques that enable them to discover and release their life-given improvised musical expression. This workshop will bring joy, lightness, and positive connection with others.
