Programs kick off 2010Join us this week for a chance to try out a new class.
Bring along your family members or friends, and enjoy a variety of experiences available to you at Heartsong Yoga.
All classes welcome new students, junior high school age and above, and some are meant especially for kids and families!
Free Classes are offered seasonally and are a wonderful way for the community to check out our studio and meet our staff. 6 week courses can pave the way for a lifetime of practice and exploration of body, mind and spirit!

Winter Weather Cancellations
When East Longmeadow schools are closed in the morning, we close in the morning as well. For later am classes and evening sessions, we will post info on the web and on the phone at the studio.
