October's Highlights

Is it really October? Already?
We had a wonderful retreat day with Sudha this past Saturday, and our next "big event" is with Toni Bergins for a day of JourneyDance, we rock the house on Sunday, October 14, and that date is coming up quickly. If you have been considering her workshop, please register asap, to save some money, and to let us know that you want this event to happen! When we bring in these nationally known presenters, they often have a minimum number of required students who must be pre registered and pre paid, in order for them to decide to "go on with the show."

Thank you for your patience over the week of parking lot repaving. The lot looks level enough and beautiful enough to do a few headstands out there!

To register for one of these workshops, or for any information, with questions or comments, please Send us an email

Namaste,
Sheila and Tony
