JourneyDance is a grooving celebration, an exhilarating movement experience that will have you loving your body and loving your life. You can be free of self judgment and shine your brightest as you bless your old beliefs and let them go.
JourneyDance is a combination of dance, theater improvisation, creative visualization and an exploration of your body's energy centers. You are led on an energizing and deep dance experience to activate your own power, sensuality, love, and innate wisdom. Through breath, movement, sound and music, the dance becomes a healing practice for feeling your true divinity. Not only will you dance and move your body, you will learn to simple techniques to terminate negative thoughts and self deprecating feelings and with this new freedom create new neural nets to manifest your personal dreams and visions.
This workshop empowers you to new levels of awareness of your power as a creator of your life and to experience expanded states of joy! You will:
