Looking for lasting health and happiness? Hoping to find balance and preserve peace of mind in the midst of world chaos? Kirtan is a joyous and powerful group practice of singing simple Sanskrit mantras set to beautiful melodies. These mantras are sound vibrations which roll and vibrate through the seven energy centers (chakras ) of the body stimulating well-being in body, mind and spirit. No singing experience is necessary! Kirtan is for everyone, regardless of religious background or quality of voice. The chants carry us to a place within us where we feel totally adequate, worthy, and enough just as we are. In that place, nothing more is needed. All is full and in the moment. And we can learn to integrate that sense of wholeness, that truth of who we really are, into our daily lives.

Drop ins welcome, Family Friendly, $10.00 per person, kids are free!

Take a class before the Kirtan!
