This Sunday, October 4th, kicks off the new season with some new offerings, we would love to see you this weekend at Heartsong Yoga.
Our regular drop in classes over the weekend include: Saturday 7 am Ashtanga Power Yoga with Maureen, Level 1-2 9 am Moderate Kripalu Yoga with Jane 9:15 Gentle Kripalu Yoga with AnnMarie 11:00 Pre Natal Yoga with Jane Sunday 9 am Ashtanga Power Yoga with Patty, Level 1 9 am All Levels with Beth, 6 pm this week is the Full Moon Class!
All classes welcome students Jr. High School age and above!

Family Yoga is Back!Sunday Morning Drop in Family Yoga Class First Sunday of each month: 11:00 to 11:45 am October 4, November 1, December 6
Join Lisa Bullen for this playful exploration of the practice of yoga, appropriate for all ages, especially those who just want to have some fun and enjoy a light hearted approach to practicing as a family and a community. Expect to make some noise, to celebrate animals and nature, and to enjoy some partner yoga. All are welcome, families, friends, and all yoga buddies of all ages. Find the yoga kid inside yourself!
$5.00 per person, all ages, walk ins welcome!

Join Beth for this Sunday's 6 pm yoga class, falling right on the full moon this month for a delightful blend of mystery, history and magic. She will weave in the stories of the moon and the natural world to the practice of yoga. Each special class is unique to the month & season. $14.00 to drop in, or use your class card, or FREE for monthly members, no pre registration required. All Levels welcome.

Tai- Chi- Gong, new class starts Sunday night Sunday Evenings, 6 to 7 pm with Robert Rivest By donation only! (suggested donation: $5.00)
This practice is a great way to release tension, increase energy and calm the mind. In the class, Robert Rivest will share his practice of Chi-Gong, Tai-Chi and Moving Meditation. You will be lead through some standing Chi-Gong postures, basic Tai-Chi patterns and a creative series of slow, flowing movement forms with the poetic imagery of nature. Each exercise is easy to learn and fun to practice. You will feel more energized, yet calm and peaceful. A great way to start the week! No experience necessary!
