Drop In Core Class Schedule,
June 1 to Sept 1

All classes are Drop In, choose any class on the
schedule to begin your practice. 
Classes are 75 minutes,
except Astanga I/II classes, which are 90 minutes.

Pre Natal Yoga:  Sat. 11:30 am, begins in the fall again.
Yoga Kids:  Thursday afternoons, depends on age group, must pro rate.
Ashtanga Power Yoga Course:  Course will resume in the fall.

Classes are subject to change if needed.
Teachers may change as well, especially with vacation subbing.
