Ashtanga Yoga....................Ashtanga is a hot and flowing, challenging practice for those wanting a more athletic pace. If you are brand new to yoga make sure you start in the Ashtanga Course or Ashtanga I drop in classes. If you already practice yoga and are ready to learn Astanga, still try to make it to the Level I classes for a while, for details and full understanding of the flow.
Ashtanga I is a modified practice with more details, best for new students, and a great practice for all. We are now calling this class "All Levels." Ashtanga I/II is the full primary series, dipping sometimes into second series, all levels are welcome, but we will be working at a stronger level than level one classes, and more of the students in the room with have some experience. We will call this class "Primary Series."
Power Flow class is a hot, flowing, vigorous class that is inspired by Ashtanga Yoga, but is a more eclectic flow, all levels are welcome, but be prepared to work hard and to sweat a lot! Hot Core Power is a vigorous class, heated, for strength,flexibility and Power!
