|  | | Yoga practices of many traditions inspire & inform our teachers, who are continually exploring, learning, and integrating a variety of styles. Each teacher brings their individual spirit, experience & education to the mat, making every class unique.
Heartsong honors diversity and the individual expression of yoga each teacher and every student brings to the classes.
How to choose your practice. Choose Kripalu Yoga for a beautiful practice that is accessible to everyone, or Ashtanga Yoga (sometimes called Power Yoga) if you want a more demanding, athletic physical practice. Flow Yoga is another hot and graceful class that we offer. Anusara Influenced classes can refine your practice and often use partner work and props.
New students may begin their practice in the way that fits their schedule, present level of health and activity, experience, and desired level of challenge. All drop in classes are appropriate for adults, junior high school age and above. YogaKids classes are for children and young teens.
Special Events are offered regularly, look for courses, specialty workshops, and trainings hosted throughout each season.
