On Your Feet or On Your Head Yoga practices of many traditions inspire & inform our teachers, who are continually exploring, learning, and integrating a variety of styles. Each teacher brings their individual spirit, experience & education to the mat, making every class unique.
Heartsong honors diversity and the individual expression of yoga each teacher and every student brings to the classes.
How to choose your practice. When you are looking for a beautiful practice that is accessible to everyone and every-body, consider Kripalu Yoga Gentle, All Levels, or Moderate.
Hatha Yoga is an eclectic and intelligent mix from various traditions, informed by our core practice of Kripalu Yoga and the teacher's own experience and study.
Morning Yoga Flow is a special dynamic one hour morning routine designed to jump start your day, wake up your body and get your energy flowing! All levels welcome to attend, doors open each day at 6:45 am. Come in ready to roll right at 7, we will be done promptly at 8.
Ashtanga Yoga is a more demanding, athletic physical practice, done in a heated room. Graceful, heart centered and strong! The room is heated, 85 degrees.
Hot Power Flow is another hot and graceful class that we offer, an eclectic mix of yoga styles based on "vinyasa" or continuous flow yoga practices. The room is heated, 85 degrees.
Hot Core Power is a strong vinyasa/flow style class with a focus on core strength and stability. (The room is even more heated, closer to 90 degrees.)
New students may begin their practice in the way that fits their schedule, present level of health and activity, experience, and desired level of challenge. All drop in classes are appropriate for adults, junior high school age and above. YogaKids classes are for children and young teens.
