It's hard to believe
that we have temporarily closed Heartsong Yoga. Our hope is that everyone in our community, and beyond, is Safe and Well. Tony and I have been thinking of you and missing the daily practices we've been sharing for so many years. We're sending you vibrations of  love, care and concern as we organize our newest virtual offerings, and do our best to keep you up to date with how things are going with "Team Heartsong Yoga".

July 22:  We are slowly and mindfully moving towards a "soft re-open" of our brick and mortar studio to make sure that we have everything in place to keep students, teachers, staff and our community safe. Thank you for your patience as we prepare.  Details, dates, TBA.

We are so grateful to our community and the technology that helps us to stay connected. The new world we are entering will include something called Hybrid Classes, where we will be able to have limited size classes in studio, following all procedures and protocols, and at the same time we can zoom live stream to the students who want to practice from home. Super exciting.

Punchpass and Zoom:
We have transitioned to a brand new platform called Punchpass, to manage our Live Stream Classes with "Zoom". The classes are surprisingly joyful, heartfelt, easy to attend and there is a true sense of community and connection in each class.

We also created a brand new Heartsong Yoga YouTube Channel.  Please share them with family members and friends. There are classes for every body: Kripalu Gentle, Ashtanga and variations of Flow, Chair Yoga, Kids Yoga and even a beautiful Yoga Nidra with Jane.
