Kripalu/Gentle Yoga for Every-Body Courses, 3 weeks $45 pre paid.
are for all new students who have never done yoga, may not be familiar with Heartsong, or are looking to jump start and fine tune their practice.

Ashtanga Foundations for Beginners Courses, 3 weeks $45 pre paid.
are for those looking for a more vigorous, hot and challenging style of yoga, all beginning students or current students looking to add vinyasa flow and more heat are welcome. If you like repetition, order,

Courses run in 3 week series.
Take one session, or "repeat" for more practice and experience. (they are all "stand alone" sessions, just enough to give you confidence to join group classes or practice at home!)  If you want to repeat sessions (always a great idea) we give you a discount to do so.

 

 

 

 

Ashtanga 3 week Courses

3 week Ashtanga Foundations for Beginners Courses, next starts Feb. 19, morning or evening:

Mondays:  11 am, in the morning with Sheri.

or Mondays:  7:30 pm, in the evening with Cat.
Each a progressive learning environment with individualized attention, $45.
Each series is "the same" and repeating a series means more understanding and comfort!
so if you already took a three week series, you can repeat for $40. (only payble at the studio!)

Mondays, am or pm:

(Feb.19, Feb. 26, March 5): 11 am or 7:30 pm (one hour).
(Mar. 19, Mar. 26, April 2): 11 am or 7:30 pm (one hour).
