Ashtanga and Kripalu 3 week Courses

These are designed to give new students the chance to try a yoga class, to meet a new teachers or to explore the offerings of the studio. New students who may not be familiar with Heartsong, family members or friends, can enjoy our Kripalu Yoga for Every-Body Course, and the Ashtanga Foundations for Beginners Course is for those looking for a more vigorous, hot and challenging style of yoga, all beginning students or current students looking to add vinyasa flow and more heat are welcome.
Courses run in 3 week series. Take one session, or "repeat" for more practice and experience. (they are all "stand alone" sessions, just enough to give you confidence to join group classes or practice at home!)

Mondays:  11 in the morning with Sheri.
or Mondays, 7:30 in the evening with Cat.

Each a progressive learning environment with individualized attention, $45.
Each series is "the same" and repeating a series means more understanding and comfort!
so if you took the October series, you can repeat for $40. pay at studio!

  • Mondays, am or pm: December 4, 11, 18: 11 am or 7:30 pm (one hour).

3 week Kripau Yoga for Every Body Courses
Tuesday Evenings in November, 7:30 pm.
2 Series scheduled for Fall 2017:
Each a progressive learning environment with individualized attention, $45.
Each series is "the same" and repeating a series means more understanding and comfort!
so if you took the October series, you can repeat for $40. pay at studio!
