These classes are designed to calm and balance the nervous system. Developed to assist those with the challenges of stress, anxiety, and attention through the use of breath, movement, meditation and relaxation. Taught by Heather Monson, who specializes in Mindful Yoga for all ages.

Fall of 2018, classes begin the week of September 11.
12 week sessions, $120.


Class size is limited.
Spring 2018 are 6 week sessions, ($10. a class pre paid.) $60, last classes week of May 30.
Fall 2018 are 12 week sessions, ($10. a class pre paid.) $120
Drop ins welcome, space permitting, $12. per class. (call ahead)

Brain Break for Boys, ages 6 to 11: Tuesdays, 4 to 5 pm 
Maximum of 6 boys.  (currently full)
Fall, 2018, begins week of September 11.

Brain Break Yoga for Teen/Tween Girls, ages 11-16: Wednesdays, 3:30 to 4:30 pm
Spring session, ends May 30.  Always room for more girls in this class!
Fall, 2018, begins week of September 11.

Brain Break for Girls, ages 6 to 11: Thursdays 4 to 5 pm
Spring session,  ends May 31. Always room for more girls in this class!
Fall, 2018, begins week of September 11.
