Brain Break Yoga for Youth: Boys Girls & Tween/Teens
These classes are designed to calm and balance the nervous system. Developed to assist those with the challenges of stress, anxiety, and attention through the use of breath, movement, meditation and relaxation. Taught by Heather Monson, who specializes in Mindful Yoga for all ages.
Registration open for January, 2018 Class size is limited.
Spring 2018 are 6 week sessions, ($10. a class pre paid.) $60
Drop ins welcome, space permitting, $12. per class. (call ahead)

Brain Break for Boys, ages 6 to 11: Tuesdays, 4 to 5 pm (this class is full for Winter 2018)
Spring session, 2018: Starts April 24, ends May 29. (6 weeks)
Brain Break Yoga for Teen/Tween Girls, ages 11-16: Wednesdays, 3:30 to 4:30 pm
Spring session, 2018: Starts April 25, ends May 30. (6 weeks)
Brain Break for Girls, ages 6 to 11: Thursdays 4 to 5 pm
Spring session, 2018: Starts April 26, ends May 31. (6 weeks)
