Your hosts are Maureen-Elise Quinn, CYT, Sheila Magalhaes, E-RYT 500 and Tony Magalhaes, with accomodations at the Boutique Beach Hotel RipJack Inn on Playa Grande, Costa Rica.

Playa Grande is part of a National Park that protects the Leatherback Turtle with miles of pristine beaches along the Pacific Ocean. Experience “pura vida” (the pure life) and return to your natural state of stillness and peace within. Escape the winter’s cold and your busy life for a week of retreat and renewal.

Nurture your body, mind and soul with morning meditation, revitalizing and balancing yoga classes daily, delicious food, and great company. There will be plenty of free time daily to relax and play, and two excursions are built in so we can explore the beautiful beaches and gorgeous ocean of Playa Grande.

If you have a partner or a family member who would love a tropical vacation but is not "into yoga" that's ok too...there is plenty to explore and lots of time to enjoy the beach and the surrounding area...or maybe this is the time they can get "turned on" to the practices, which will be accessible to Every-Body. (and always optional)
