More than just a yoga class, this evening will be a celebration of the season, a time to connect with our yoga friends, and a chance to enjoy one another’s company. Stretch, breathe and relax into the Holiday Season and New Year with grace, joy and optimism. Sheila will lead you in a Loving Kindness Meditation to begin. A Candle Lit Gentle "Slow Flow Yoga" Class will then be led by Stacey Duquette. Her class will be accompanied by Jeff Conti on acoustic guitar. A beautiful Yoga Nidra session will be led by Jane Anable to guide you to a peaceful, deep relaxation. Holiday sweet treats and bubbly to follow (Presecco & Cider) If you have a special treat that you would like to share that would be most welcome!

Over 200 pounds of food collected already for Open Pantry
We a re collecting donations throughout the holiday season. Bring along your non perishable food (check expiration first) anytime over the next few weeks. You are welcome to donate the night of our Holiday Social too!
Tony brought the non perishable food gathered this season (from our "Teach Yoga for Food" Thanksgiving morning) to the Open Pantry Community Services, Inc. in Springfield. A whopping 202 pounds! Thank you, generous yogis, for your offerings. Let's do it again, on New Years Day, 1 pm. By the way, I will "stand on my hands, for food."
And plan on: New Year's Day, as we "Teach Yoga for Food" at 1 pm, Sheila's Flow class or Beth's Kripalu, both are all levels and free with your generous donation for the Open Pantry
