Mindfulness & Meditation with Gena Rotas, LICSW & Mindfulness Coach
5 week series Tuesday nights, 7:15 to 8:15 pm. (arrive between 7 and 7:15) Drop in and pay as you go, at the studio, per class, $15. Middle School and High School students, $10.
Start date: March 20, skip April 3, ends April 24. (you can drop into any class, anytime, you do not have to do them all, each is it's own experience and they are not "progressive" as we are encouraging home practice as well!)
