The Five Rites can be done in less than 20 minutes. They are adaptable for every age and body. The Rites can be easily learned and practiced at your own pace. This workshop will also include a yoga flow, focusing on each chakra - with its Sanskrit name, related element, color, essence, affirmation and mantra. Beth will email a "Quick Reference Chart" to each participant, following the workshop.
