Easter Weekend & Beyond

Easter Weekend & Beyond Screenshot-2024-03-27-at-2.36.26PM.png

Over the Easter weekend ahead, we'll host classes through Saturday morning and the studio will be closed on Sunday.  I wish you all a beautiful day of rest. Take a look at the full class calendar, here, to choose your next classes & passes. Spring is a beautiful time to practice yoga, in the time of transformation, growth, and rebirth. At Heartsong, peace is available daily. And now that the days are longer, soon you will come out of evening classes in full sunlight! That always makes me happy!

We had an interesting week, with the whole building at 264 North Main Street losing power, and the studio without electricity or heat for almost two days.  While we had to cancel one night due to safety concerns (pitch dark hallways and staircases, and cold) we were able to move many students to Zoom Livestream on Tuesday morning and I taught from home! I still love Zoom, as do many others, and I welcome you to take a livestream class to see how lovely it is to enjoy class from your cozy home, zero commute, and kids and pets are welcome.

Thank you for your love and patience as we navigate things that are 'out of our hands". Our yoga philosophy reminds us to find peace and ease, even in the midst of difficulty. And to recognize that while we might not be able to change what is happening around us, we can always change our relationship to it! Be responsive rather than reactive, and always choose love!

Namaste, and Peace...in our hearts, our homes, and our world.
Sheila, Tony, Beth, and Team Heartsong Yoga
