Mindful Yoga for all provides a safe and welcoming space to strengthen the body and restore the spirit. Taught by Sheri Wood-Devin, this class is based on the practices of Mindful Yoga Therapy.  This all levels yoga class will support both physical and emotional well being through the use of mindful movement, meditation, yoga nidra and the practice of gratitude. (Formally a Women's Only class with Heather Monson, we are opening this class up for all to enjoy.)
