Yoga practices of many traditions inspire & inform our teachers, who are continually exploring, learning, and integrating a variety of styles. Each teacher brings their individual spirit, experience & education to the mat, making every class unique.

Heartsong honors diversity and the individual expression of yoga each teacher and every student brings to the classes.

How to choose your practice.

When you are looking for a beautiful practice that is accessible to everyone and every-body, consider Kripalu Yoga Gentle, All Levels, or Moderate. This is the style of yoga class that most brand new students explore, especially the Kripalu Gentle/Beginners classes.

Ashtanga Yoga, and it's variations Hot Power Flow, TGI Friday Flow, and Morning Flow are our more demanding, athletic physical practices, done in a heated room. These classes are graceful, heart centered and strong! The room is heated, 85 degrees.

Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra are two of our specialty classes offered regularly. Yin, every Tuesday night, and Yoga Nidra, the first Thursday of each month.

New students may begin their practice in the way that fits their schedule, present level of health and activity, experience, and desired level of challenge. All drop in classes are appropriate for adults, junior high school age and above. Family Yoga classes are offered twice each month for children and their moms and dads.
