Kripalu Yoga offers an experience of warm ups and yoga poses that stretch, strengthen, and balance the body while de-stressing and quieting the mind. You will be introduced to classical yoga poses, guided meditation and visualizations, and be led through creative yoga sequences in a friendly non competitive way. Classes are taught with careful attention to all students with plenty of support, options and modifications throughout. All classes end with quiet rest and a mindful meditation.
We welcome all ages, shapes, sizes and levels of ability to all of our classes. You do not have to perfectly fit, healthy, flexible or strong to begin. Wear your comfy stretchy clothes and prepare to unplug from the demands of the day, slow down, and finally, to rest. Kripalu Yoga is a wonderful choice for anyone who has never done yoga before, and because of Kripalu's emphasis on adaptability and acceptance, it’s a style that welcomes people who feel like they might not be “able” to “do” yoga. It's also popular for those who are looking for transformation during difficult times of life or who have injuries or other physical limitations.

Start with our Kripalu Gentle/Beginner Classes, perfect for new students and those looking to cultivate relaxation and ease, and move into our All Levels and Moderate Kripalu Yoga classes with stronger poses, longer holding times, and more creative sequencing and flow. We also offer a Chair Yoga Class for those who want extra support and are nervous about being on the floor.
