Date: June 16th, 2019.

A Benefit for the Siddhartha School and the student we support there

Sunday, June 16, 2018, we begin at 7 am, and will be done by 8:30!
Come early to settle in and be ready to start!

Heartsong Yogis and their friends will gather by 7 am for an early morning start as the sun rises in the sky to practice 108 Sun Salutations together! It takes about 1.5 hours to complete. We hope to be able to do this outside in the parking lot. Wear layers to shed as the sun shines. We will have a tented corner where those who are sun sensitive can roll out their mat! If you love a strong and playful practice, join us! If you are not sure if you can do 108 Sun Salutations, come do a few! If you do not know how to do a Sun Salute...we will teach you!!

All Yogis of All Levels are welcome
You can do 1 Surya Namaskara (Sanskrit name for Sun Salutation) or 108. Or anything in between...or sit and breathe and enjoy the energy of the group.

The practice of Sun Salutations honors the change of seasons and the transitions of nature’s sun and earth energy. It is a moving meditation, a practice to train your mind to
