Tri-Yoga for (all) Athletes, monthly

"Tri-Yoga" Yoga for (all) Athletes, to Prepare & Repair

Friday nights 6 - 7:15 pm, scheduled once a month through June, rest of dated, TBA

with Patty DeLuca, in studio only.

Tri Yoga, a light hearted, slow flow asana class and cross training tool, has been designed for the tri-athlete, to repair and prepare their connective tissue promoting injury prevention, increasing performance and longevity in the sport with increased focus to both mind and body. Scientific principles are woven into the class. This class will benefit all athletes, whether you're a runner, walker, hiker, cyclist, skier or shopping warrior.   If you have taken a workshop or a series with Patty, this will be a nice continuation for your yoga journey, especially as an athlete. And if you are brand new to yoga, this is a wonderful place to start.

Please bring your own yoga mat.  (we only have a few to share and prefer to have students bring their own.  Mats are available everywhere, even CVS carries them now!)

Great article about yoga for cyclists from Yoga Journal!
