The Program costs $279.00 (If you are considering the program please help us prepare and pre register as we have materials to gather and have in time for our first meeting together!) For repeating May 2018's program $269. (you already have the book)
It asks you to commit to and includes:
6 meetings, one night a week for 6 weeks. (skip the holiday)
40 consecutive days of yoga classes: Unlimited yoga classes at througout the training. (membership included) Choose any Heartsong class from the schedule daily….or...learn a simple routine of Sun Salutations to establish a home practice. (Class cards and month memberships will be "frozen")
Meditation training and practices each week. (Find a style you love the best!)
Learn about Ayurveda “Yoga’s Sister Science” Daily practices for health and wellness.
Explore healthy whole food choices: Make friends with your pantry & kitchen, and eat real food. Delicious recipes geared to the season. Enjoy a 3 Day “Cleanse” with simple whole foods to “prepare for the holidays” in week 4.
Learn about Yoga Philosophy and apply it to daily life. Explore Yoga’s ethical practices known as The Yamas & Niyamas. (includes the book we will use "The Yamas & Niyamas" by Deborah Adele) Our focus for the fall will be the Niyamas, using the same book we used for the Spring but diving into new material. On line support and weekly journal "excavation" questions. (Bring your own favorite journal)
