A moderate Kripalu-inspired practice, with your free will (on line) donation for the Thomas J. O'Connor Animal Adoption Center in Springfield, MA. pre-registration is required.
Your donation will help to provide medical care and other needs critical to the well being of the beloved animals.

In honor of Steve's two adopted pups, this event will support the Thomas J. O'Connor Animal Adoption Center and their work to help countless animals like Wicket and Shazam find their forever home. TJO cares for nearly 4000 animals every year!
