Learn Sun Salutations, strong strengthening poses strung together with "Vinyasas" proper breathing techique and the foundations of Ashtanga Yoga. This series will de-mystify the practice and offer individualized support, so you can have the confidence to jump into one of classes here at Heartsong, or establish a home practice.
For those looking for a more vigorous, hot and challenging style of yoga. We welcome all beginning students or current students looking to add vinyasa flow and more heat to their practice. If you like repetition, order, and the idea of developing a meditation in motion that you can take with you anywhere, anytime, this style of yoga is for you! Small class size for personal attention.
