Sometimes called Power Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga is a fun, hot, vigorous series of postures practiced in a heated room. The challenging and graceful flow combines breath and movement into a meditation in motion. No drop ins.
Only 1 make up available per session, to be honored in the drop in in class schedule!
(This course is a progressive course, each week builds on the one before it, and requires a commitment to attend, as best you can, the entire series.)
