Ashtanga Yoga Course begins

Date: January 25th, 2017, including 3/29/17.

Wednesday nights, 7:30 to 8:45 pm. 6 week course starts March 29. No class April 19, series ends on May 10 with Cat Rasid. $95.00 for the series. Pro rating is available up to week 2 to jump into this course. Call for details. Sometimes called Power Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga is a fun, hot, vigorous series of postures practiced in a heated room. The challenging and graceful flow combines breath and movement into a meditation in motion. No drop ins.
