A moderate Kripalu-inspired practice, FREE with your free will (cash) donation for the Thomas J. O'Connor Animal Adoption Center in Springfield, MA. pre-registration is required.  Your donation will help to provide medical care and other needs critical to the well being of the beloved animals.

In honor of Steve's two adopted pups, this event will support the Thomas J. O'Connor Animal Adoption Center and their work to help countless animals like Wicket and Shazam find their forever home. TJO cares for nearly 4000 animals every year!

In the past we were able to offer this class in exchange for donations of the suggested items below.
This year we are unable to invite lots of students to the studio so we must do this by cash donation, on line.
If you would like to drop off any of the items below, we would be happy to take it to the shelter after the class, but one must purchase a donation pass to attend the class this year, for both In-Studio and Zoom class.

TJO is always in need of canned cat and dog food, paper towels, bleach, tissues, and treats for the animals... just about anything you'd use to care for your pets at home. 

Every wish list item you donate helps TJO focus its budget on providing medical care and other needs critical to the well being of these beloved animals.
