A Mindful Yoga practice to calm and balance the nervous system, this class is especially designed for Boys, ages 8 to 12.
Tuesdays, 4 to 5 pm
9 week session starts April 26.
Space is limited to 8 boys.
Developed to assist those with the challenges of stress, anxiety, and attention through the use of breath, movement, meditation and relaxation.
This specialty class will be taught by Heartsong's Heather Monson, who trained in Mindful Yoga Therapy offering breathwork, meditation, mindful movement and gratitude. The class is limited to 8, and has been full each session, so please pre register to save your space.

A class perfect for "Caregivers" will be across the hall at the same time, and special pricing is available if you register your child in the Brain Break class for 12 weeks and commit to 12 weeks of classes for yourself. The class is called Slow Flow Yoga and beginners are welcome. Drop ins are also welcome to this class every week, class cards and memberships available.
