Developed to assist those with the challenges of stress, anxiety, and attention through the use of breath, movement, meditation and relaxation.
This specialty class will be taught by Heartsong's Heather Monson, who trained in Mindful Yoga Therapy offering breathwork, meditation, mindful movement and gratitude. The class is limited to 8, and has been full each session, so please pre register to save your space.
