A Mindful Yoga practice to calm and balance the nervous system, this clss is especially designed for Girls, ages 8 to 12.

Developed to assist those with the challenges of stress, anxiety, and attention through the use of breath, movement, meditation and relaxation.
This specialty class will be taught by Heartsong's Heather Monson, who trained in Mindful Yoga Therapy offering breathwork, meditation, mindful movement and gratitude. The class is limited to 8, so please pre register to save your space. (Heather's Brain Break for Boys has been so well received, we wanted to add a class for girls!)
